Yes, depending on your invoice type and how you choose to pay. While free payment options are available, certain online payment methods incur processing fees charged by our payment providers.
The exact fee will always be clearly displayed on your screen at the time of payment before you confirm.
Proforma (PF) Invoices
Proforma invoices are issued when you checkout using upfront payment method. The payment options and fees for a PF invoice are:

Tax Invoices
Final Tax Invoices appear on your dashboard once orders are confirmed and dispatched. The payment options and fees for a Tax invoice are:

Credit Card Fees by Region
If you choose to pay by card (via a Proforma payment link or the Tax invoice dashboard), the processing fee varies depending on your location. For more information on credit card fees by region please see Can I pay my invoice with credit card?
Exceptions
Kriya Users: If you receive your invoices via Kriya, credit card payments on Nivoda are not available.
Overdue Invoices: If a Tax invoice is paid past its agreed due date, a daily Extended Credit Fee (ECF) of 0.2% will be applied to your next invoice. For more info on late fees please see What is an Extended Credit Fee on my Invoice?
