In regions where credit card payments are available, you may pay your invoices via credit card. To make a payment, simply follow our how-to guide here.
Credit card payments are available in select regions. To pay by card, go to Finances > Invoices and click Pay Now on your dashboard.
Regions where credit card payments are available:
- Australia (AU)
- Canada (CA) — for customers paying in USD only
- United Kingdom (GB)
- United Arab Emirates (AE)
- United States (US)
Processing fees by region:
- AU: 2.00%
- CA: 2.50%
- GB: 2.10%
- AE: 2.50%
- US: 3.00%
The processing fee will be clearly shown at the time of payment. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard only.
Please note: If you receive invoices via Kriya, credit card payments on Nivoda are not available. If a stone is returned, the credit card processing fee is non-refundable as it is charged directly by the card provider. We recommend factoring this in when choosing your payment method.

Please be aware that if a stone is returned, the merchant credit card processing fee will not be reimbursed. This fee is charged directly by the credit card provider (e.g. Visa or Mastercard) and is non-refundable to Nivoda, even in the case of a return. We recommend taking this into consideration when choosing your payment method.
