Find and pay invoices

Finding your invoices

Go to the main menu and open the Finances section. Your invoices are listed here and can be filtered by status or searched by invoice number using the search bar at the top.

The dashboard header shows your total unpaid balance and any overdue amount at a glance.

Paying your invoice

• For bank transfer, payment details are on the final page of your invoice. No fees apply.
• For online payments, click Pay Now next to your invoice and follow the prompts — available options and any applicable fees will be shown at that point.
• For Proforma invoices, a payment link is included directly in the PDF.

Downloading or paying multiple invoices

Select multiple invoices using the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the invoice list. You can then download them together or take bulk action.

Finding your invoices

Open the main menu in the mobile app, then select Account followed by My Finances.

Paying your invoices

1. Tap the selector icon on the left-hand side to choose the invoice(s) you would like to pay.
2. Tap Pay Now.
3. Select your preferred payment method (available options will vary depending on your region).
4. Tap Proceed to Payment and follow the remaining on-screen prompts to complete your transaction.
