Understanding Payment Fees
For detailed information on applicable fees please see our article Are there credit card or processing fees?
Bank Transfers: Nivoda does not charge a fee for manual bank transfers. Please note that your bank may apply their own international wire or transfer charges, which are outside of our control.
Card/Online Payments: A processing fee of up to 3% may apply. This will be clearly displayed at the time of payment before you confirm. See more; Can I pay my invoice with credit card?
Extended Credit Fee (ECF): An ECF is a daily charge of 0.2% applied to your next invoice if a prior invoice was paid past its agreed due date. For a full breakdown of how this is calculated, see our article: What is an Extended Credit Fee on my Invoice?
How long do refunds take?
If you are due a refund, the processing time depends on the refund type:
| Refund Type | Processing Time |
|---|---|
| Credit note applied to invoice | Immediate (automated once processed) |
| Cash refund (bank transfer) | 4–7 business days after approval |
Important: Nivoda does not process refunds back to credit or debit cards, regardless of the original payment method. All cash refunds are sent via bank transfer.
