If your account has been restricted, it is usually due to an overdue balance. This measure is in place to maintain the security and health of the Nivoda marketplace.
Why is my account restricted?
Accounts are automatically restricted if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 15 days past its due date. When your account is in this state:
You cannot place new orders or submit special requests.
You can still log in, view your order history, and download invoices to arrange payment.
How do I unlock my account?
The fastest way to restore your access is to settle all overdue balances:
Navigate to Finances > Invoices.
Identify any invoices with an "Overdue" status.
Pay via the "Pay Now" button (for ACH/Card where available) or via Bank Transfer using the details on the last page of the invoice. See; How do I pay my invoice?
Once the funds are reconciled by our finance team, your account will automatically reactivate, typically within a few hours during business days.
Can I get an urgent unlock while my payment is in transit?
If you have already sent the payment but need to place an urgent order before the funds have cleared into Nivoda’s account:
Contact us immediately.
Provide a screenshot or PDF of your bank transfer confirmation.
Our team will review the proof of payment and may grant a temporary manual unlock to allow you to continue trading while the funds are in transit.
