Note: We do not offer card payments over the phone.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
Open the invoice you want to pay (Finance > Invoices). The bank transfer details are shown at the bottom of your invoice PDF.
Important: Always include your invoice number as the payment reference for fastest reconcilliation.
Can I pay multiple invoices in one transfer?
Yes. Total the amounts due, send a single payment, and list all invoice numbers in the payment reference (e.g., "NL-120001, NL-120045"). Our finance team will allocate the funds accordingly.
My account is locked—how do I unlock it?
Your account is restricted if you have overdue invoices due for more than 15 days. While restricted, you cannot place new orders, but you can still view your history and download invoices.
To unlock: Pay the overdue balance. Once confirmed, your account will automatically reactivate (usually within a few hours on business days).
Urgent Unlock: If you need access while a payment is in transit, contact us with a screenshot of your bank confirmation.
