When making a payment on Nivoda, processing times can vary depending on the payment method used and the type of invoice (Proforma Invoice vs. Tax Invoice).
To avoid any account restrictions or late payment fees, please ensure you allow sufficient processing time for your preferred payment method so funds clear by your invoice due date.
Below is an overview of typical processing times to help you track when your payment will reflect on your account.
Proforma (PF) Invoices
Manual Bank Transfer (Wire): 24 hours. While timing can vary depending on your bank, manual bank transfers typically take up to 24 hours on our end to process and reflect on your account.
Payment Link (on Invoice): Instant. Funds process immediately, and your invoice will update right away.
Tax Invoices
Bank Transfer (Wire): 24 hours. Processing generally takes up to 24 hours on our end once initiated by your bank.
ACH via Stripe: Up to 24 hours. Although the funds are debited from your bank account right away, it can take up to 24 hours to fully process and reflect on our end.
Card Payment via Stripe: Instant. Your payment is verified immediately upon successful checkout via the Pay Now button on your dashboard.
Other Payment Methods
Cheque: 4–5 business days (US customers only). Once your cheque arrives at our lockbox facility, it typically takes 4 to 5 business days to clear and reflect in our bank account.
