Submit Your Request: Follow the prompts to submit.
Receive Your Video: You will be emailed the video link as soon as it is available, usually within 24 hours. Click the link to view the video.

Are tweezer videos free?
Yes, this service is free for all customers. We ask that you only request videos for stones you are seriously considering. This allows our suppliers to focus their time on high-quality requests and ensures we can continue offering this media to the entire marketplace.
Can I request a video for any stone?
Yes, tweezer requests are available for lab-grown stones 1.5ct and above and natural stones 1ct and above. Please note that some suppliers opt out of providing additional media; in these cases, the video request feature will not be available (similar to how some suppliers do not offer holds).
What if the supplier doesn't respond?
We generally find that our suppliers are very responsive. In the event that you have not heard back within 36 hours, please contact us with the stone details (Certificate or Stock ID) and we’ll reach out to find out what’s going on.
Can I request videos for multiple stones?
Yes, though each request must be submitted independently. We ask that you use this feature mindfully; by only requesting videos for your top choices, you help our suppliers prioritize high-interest stones and keep this service efficient for all Nivoda customers.
Will I get a notification when the video is ready?
Yes, you will receive an email notification as soon as your video is ready. The Stock ID will be in the subject line, so we recommend noting this down to easily keep track of your requests.
