When we raise a QC flag (based on standard QC checks or your specific order comments), you'll receive an email from orders@nivoda.com with the subject "Need QC Confirmation on your recent order for..." and the stone details. The email will include the QC findings for your review.
To take action:

Confirm the Order: Select "Confirm" to acknowledge the QC findings, and we’ll proceed with dispatch.

Find a Replacement: If you'd like to find a replacement, select "Find Replacement" to browse for an alternative. If you find a suitable stone, check out the new stone in a separate order, then cancel the QC flagged stone.

Cancel the Order: If you wish to cancel the order without a replacement (or you have already ordered a replacement), simply select "Cancel Order." If the stone is prepaid, your account will be credited for future orders, or we can issue a refund.
