How to submit a gemstone request

1. If you cannot find your desired coloured gemstones using the filters, open the filters and select "Make a Request."
   

2. A pop-up box will appear, prompting you to fill out as many gemstone details as possible. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. The more specific details you provide, the better our team can tailor the search to your needs.
   
   
   

3. Once you've completed the gemstone details, click "Next."
   
   
   

4. Add any additional notes for our sourcing team in the comments box, then click "Submit."
   
   
   

Our team will search for suitable options and contact you via email, usually within 24 hours.
