Once a purchase order has been placed on Nivoda, we do not offer cancellations.
If you no longer wish to proceed with an order that has not yet been delivered, our team may be able to assist by initiating a return to origin, which stops the order from progressing further. Please note that we can only intercept and return active orders for returnable stones.

Please be aware that return fees may apply, depending on the supplier and the stage of the order.
What if I’ve already received the stones?

What happens next?
If the order has already been paid:
A credit note will be issued once the order has successfully returned to origin.If the order has not yet been paid:
The order value will be credited against the corresponding invoice.
