If your Ring Studio filters aren’t functioning as expected, it’s likely due to missing setup steps. Please check the following:
- Ensure the Search & Discovery app is installed
This Shopify app powers your storefront filters and is required for the Ring Studio filters to work. - Add the correct filters using the app, mapped to the following Metafields:
- Metal – Variant Metafield
- Style – Product Metafield
- Diamond Shape – Variant Metafield
- Metal – Variant Metafield
Once these filters are configured correctly, your customers will be able to browse and refine ring options as intended. If filters are still not showing or behaving incorrectly, double-check that the Metafields are populated on your ring products.
