If you're using the Ring Studio block and it only appears briefly before disappearing, this typically indicates an issue with the configuration. Please check the following:
1. Are your ring products added to the Nivoda Settings collection?
Ensure that:
- You have ring products added in your Shopify store
- Each ring product has its Product Type set to "setting"
- These products are included in the Nivoda Settings collection
2. Do all ring products have images?
Make sure each ring in the Nivoda Settings collection has at least one image (not a video).
If even one product is missing an image, the entire Ring Studio block may fail to load.
3. Do all Style and Metal metaobjects have icons?
Check that every Style and Metal metaobject added under your store’s Content section has an associated icon.
Missing icons can prevent the block from displaying properly.
4. Is the correct collection linked to the Ring Studio block?
In your Shopify Theme Editor, go to the Ring Studio template and select the Nivoda Connect app block.
Ensure that a Collection is assigned for the Ring Studio.
