Once you’ve Submitted your return, you’ll be taken to the Return Confirmation page. From here, you can download your shipping label and book your collection, refer to the screenshot below to see where this is located. Select the option and follow the prompts.
If you have a FedEx Business Account, you can also schedule a pickup directly through your FedEx account using the Nivoda prepaid label.
Alternatively, you can drop off your return at your nearest FedEx drop-off location.
