A Collaborator request allows trusted Shopify Partners, like Nivoda, to request access to a merchant’s store for setup or support purposes.
Merchants have full control — they approve the request and choose the level of access. Collaborator accounts do not count toward your store’s staff account limit, making them ideal for one-off or ongoing technical support.
To send a request, Shopify partners use the “Request Access” feature in their Partner Dashboard.
