How to delete a saved address:
Log in to your Nivoda account.
Navigate to Settings > Shipping Destinations.
Locate the address you wish to remove and click the Bin/Trash icon.
Why can't I delete my address?
If an address is currently linked to open orders, the system will prevent it from being deleted to ensure your items are delivered correctly.
How do I change an address for an active order?
If you need to update the delivery location for an order that is already in progress, please contact us. We can help redirect your order and then assist in removing the old address from your profile.
