Nivoda operates a global logistics network. To ensure every stone is inspected for quality, your order follows a "two-leg" journey: from the supplier to a Nivoda Hub, and then from the Hub to your door.
How to read your ETA
The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown on each stone listing is dynamic. It calculates the time needed for the supplier to ship the stone, our team to perform Quality Control (QC), and final transit to your specific location.
Arrival at Hub: This is the date we expect the stone to reach our nearest office for inspection.
Final Delivery: This is the date the stone should arrive at your business address.
Accuracy: We constantly update these estimates based on courier performance and customs processing times in your region.
Tracking your order status
You can monitor every step of the journey in the Orders tab of your dashboard.
Confirmed: The supplier has confirmed the stone’s availability, and it is currently being prepared or is on its way to a Nivoda Hub.
Shipping: The order is on the move. Once an item reaches this stage, you can click the "Track" button on the order to open a comprhensive tracking history, including specific dates and locations of the journey.
Will my order ship all together?
Currently, Nivoda does not offer consolidated shipping. This means your order may arrive in multiple shipments at different times.
Speed Over Consolidation: To avoid holding up your entire order, we ship items as soon as they pass Quality Control rather than waiting for every item in an order to be ready.
Global Network: Because stones come from different suppliers worldwide (e.g., India, Belgium, US), they naturally arrive at our hubs at different times.
Separate Product Types: Diamonds, Melee, and Gemstones often follow different internal processing paths and will almost always ship separately.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your tracking status hasn't moved for more than 48 hours or the ETA has passed:
Check the Orders tab for any specific notes regarding a "QC Hold" or "Supplier Delay."
Review the tracking history to see if the delay is with the supplier or the final courier.
