Our priority is to get your goods to you as fast as possible. Because we source diamonds and gemstones from a range of suppliers globally, your items are shipped as soon as they pass quality control at our various international hubs.
How Invoicing Works
Invoices are generated when your goods dispatch, not when you checkout. Because we prioritise shipping speed over waiting for multiple items to arrive at a single location, your billing is tied to shipping events.
Items shipped from different locations: If you buy multiple stones in one checkout but they are located in different global hubs, they will be dispatched separately as soon as they are ready. Each dispatch generates its own invoice.
Items dispatched together from the same hub: If you place several separate orders and those items happen to be ready at the same hub at the same time, they may be grouped onto a single invoice.
An invoice can contain any combination of items from your recent orders, depending on which stones are ready to ship together from the same location.
Key Things to Remember
- Dispatch-Driven: If you are on credit terms, your invoice is generated when the stone dispatches.
- Upfront Payments: If you selected Upfront Payment, you will receive a Proforma invoice within 24 hours of ordering to initiate the process, followed by a tax invoice for your records.
- No Extra Costs: Multiple invoices simply reflect the different journeys your items take to reach you quickly; they do not represent additional fees.
Please note that we do not offer a consolidation service at this time. We ship items immediately once they are ready to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
You can always view the real-time dispatch status of every stone in your order by visiting the Orders tab in your Nivoda Dashboard.
