Yes, if your business will be closed for a holiday or other reason, we can hold your orders safely at your closest Nivoda office.
To do this, update your closure dates in your settings. Any orders placed during this time will still be processed and dispatched from the origin but will be held at your closest Nivoda office until you return.
Orders will resume shipping to you on the end date of your closure period.
You can also set up a recurring closure date if needed.
