If you selected upfront payment at checkout or your account is set up for upfront payment only, you will receive a proforma (PF) invoice, which must be paid before we can confirm and ship your order.
Once you place an upfront payment order, we will hold the stone where possible. Availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.
For returnable stones, we will ensure your stone is securely held at a Nivoda hub until your PF invoice is paid.

Once payment clears, we will confirm availability and move forward with your order.
Unpaid PF invoices remain active for seven days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.
