When browsing diamonds on Nivoda, you may see certain items marked with a "Sealed, non-returnable" label.
These are diamonds that come blister-packed or physically sealed in tamper-proof packaging by the grading laboratory (as shown below).
Because opening the tamper-evident seal alters the certified state of the package, these stones cannot be returned once purchased.
Where will I see this messaging?
To ensure complete transparency and prevent any surprises, the platform clearly flags these stones at every major stage of your buying journey:
Product Listings: A clear label appears directly on the search results page.
Product Detail Page: A detailed tooltip explains the non-returnable status before you add the item to your cart.
Checkout: A final notification reminds you at the point of purchase that the item is final sale.
Can I filter out sealed stones when browsing?
We want you to shop with total confidence. If you prefer not to buy final-sale items, we are currently building a dedicated "Sealed Stones" filter chip for the diamond filter panel.
