As Nivoda is a marketplace, occasionally your purchase order may sell through another channel with the supplier. In the unfortunate event that your order is unavailable, you will receive an email from support@nivoda.com with the stone details and the option to search for a replacement with the same or similar specifications. If you find a suitable alternative, simply place a new order.
If you do not take any action, the order will be marked as unavailable, and no further action will be required from you.
If you prepaid for the order via a proforma invoice, we will issue a credit to your account, which can be used toward a future order. Alternatively, we are happy to process a refund.
