Our buying team will verify with the supplier whether the stone is available and confirm that it matches the provided details. Once confirmed, your order status will update accordingly.
We typically confirm the availability of a purchase order within 24 hours of checkout. If the stone is unavailable or any issues arise, you will receive an email with alternative options available on the Nivoda platform.
If you check out using the Upfront Payment method, you will receive a proforma invoice that must be settled before your order can be confirmed.
