How to set up a new CSV feed and get a download link for the file?

CSV feeds are completely self-serve and can be managed directly within your Nivoda account. To generate a direct download link for your CSV file:

1. Go to the Feed Setup page and dismiss the guide if prompted
    
2. You’ll see five feed types available:
    
   • Natural White
      
   • Natural Fancy
      
   • Lab Grown White
      
   • Lab Grown Fancy
      
   • Gemstones
      
3. To get a download link, use the second option under your chosen feed
    
4. Toggle the Activate switch for the FTP setup option
    
   • This will also automatically enable the Download links option
      
      
5. Click Configure to open the settings for the Download links
    
6. Under Schedule, set how often you'd like the file to refresh (default is every 3 hours)
    
7. The download link will be visible inside the configuration panel of the second option
    

You can copy and use this link to retrieve the latest version of your feed anytime.
