How do I filter stones I get in the CSV file?

To control which stones appear in your CSV file, you can apply filters directly in your Nivoda account.

1. Go to Menu > Feed Setup
   
2. Select the feed you want to customise (e.g. Natural White, Lab Grown Fancy, etc.)
   
   
   
3. Click on Filters
   
   
4. Use the ‘Select feed filters’ option to apply your desired criteria (e.g. shape, carat, colour, price range)
   
   
   

Each feed can have its own unique filter set, so you can customise the data differently for every feed.

Once saved, the updated filters will reflect in your next CSV file refresh.
