How to set up a new CSV feed and use your own FTP server to store the file?

CSV feeds are fully self-serve and can be managed directly within your Nivoda account. To store the CSV file on your own FTP/SFTP server, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Feed Setup page in your Nivoda account
   
   
2. You’ll see five available feeds:
   
   
   • Natural White
     
     
   • Natural Fancy
     
     
   • Lab Grown White
     
     
   • Lab Grown Fancy
     
     
   • Gemstones
     
     
3. For FTP delivery, use the first option (FTP setup) under your chosen feed
   
4. Toggle the Activate switch for FTP setup
   
   
   • This will also enable the Download links option
     
     
     
     
5. Click Configure to open the settings for the selected feed
   
   
6. Under Schedule, choose how often you'd like the file to refresh (default is every 3 hours)
   
   
7. In the same configuration panel, scroll to “Use own FTP” and enter your FTP/SFTP credentials to have the CSV file delivered directly to your server
