Add to Cart – Click the Add to Cart button on your chosen items.

Open Your Cart – Click the shopping cart icon and select Proceed to Checkout.

Review Your Cart – Check the estimated arrival times (ETA), important details on colour, shade, or return status, and ensure you're happy to proceed. You can also add internal references or item-specific comments at this step.

Select Delivery Options – Choose a verified delivery address for the entire order or assign multiple destinations per item. (Only verified addresses can be used.)

Choose Payment Method – Select your payment option. Note that not all payment methods are available for every account. Read more here.
Choose your payment method carefully, as terms cannot be edited after the checkout is complete.

Review & Confirm – Carefully check your order details, as changes cannot be made after placing your order.

Place Order – Accept the terms and conditions, then click Place Order & Finish.

Verify Your Order – Enter the four-digit one-time code sent via SMS to your registered phone number. Click Confirm to finalise your purchase order.
If you do not receive the code or the page times out, check your Orders > Active Orders tab before trying again to avoid a duplicate purchase.
- Order Placed – You’ll receive an email confirming that your purchase order has been received. It is important to understand that completing the checkout creates a Purchase Order, which is a record of your request to buy the stone, it is not a confirmed order. See; What is my order status?
Order Confirmation: Your order is only fully confirmed once the stone has been secured from the supplier and the status updates in your dashboard.
Tracking Progress: Please monitor your Order Status dashboard to see the stone move through quality control and dispatch.
Notifications: You will receive a separate confirmation email once your purchase order has been successfully processed and the stone is secured.
