To maintain the integrity and security of our transactions, the following policy applies to all customer address change requests.
All permitted address changes require verification and submission of valid proof of address. Requests will not be processed without this documentation.
Allowed Address Changes
The following address changes are permitted, subject to successful verification:
Home delivery address changes
Address changes due to relocation
Delivery to the same entity at a different location (e.g., branches or offices)
Delivery to multiple shops or branches under the same entity
Prohibited Address Changes
The following address changes are not permitted:
Drop shipping to third parties in another country
Drop shipping to customers in the same or another country
Courier office pickups
Exception: Exceptions are strictly at the company’s discretion and may apply only to cases originating from the APAC region. Exceptions are not automatically granted.
Verification Requirements
All permitted address changes are subject to verification, which include providing proof of address.
Documents must be:
Legible
Issued in the owner’s or company’s name
Clearly display the address in question
Clearly display the issue date
Acceptable documents include:
Bank or credit card statements (dated within the last 3 months)
Mortgage statements (dated within the last 3 months)
Council tax bills or equivalent local government-issued bills (dated within the last 3 months)
Official correspondence from a government authority (e.g., tax authority, social services, dated within the last 3 months)
Insurance policy documents showing the address (e.g., home, health, or vehicle insurance)
Rental or lease agreements issued by a licensed agency
Recent payslips including the address (dated within the last 3 months)
If an address change cannot be verified, it may be rejected, and you will be notified of the decision.
