- Navigate to the orders page and look for the stone you’d like to return. Click on Return / Select multiple stones you’d like to return as shown in the image below.
- Add the reason for return and click on Proceed to Return
- Select how you would like to return the shipment. you have 2 options, Ship via carrier, or drop it off to Nivoda
- Review your return details and verify the stone details
- Click on request return and finish. Once successful, you can download the packing slip, shipping label, and also schedule a pickup. The pickup can be scheduled only for the next working day.
Please note collections are not booked automatically. If you cannot book a collection and need help please refer here or contact us.
6. Download the packing slip and label for you to return the stone. Make sure the stone details match the packing slip to avoid delays in processing returns. You must return your stone/s to the Nivoda office specified on the return label. Please package your return in accordance with our packing guidelines.
7. You will also receive these details via email with the packing slip and label. and alternatively you can download the label anytime from the orders dashboard as well.
