To provide you with a secure and seamless trading experience, Nivoda requires a one-time KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Please note that this process must be completed on a desktop browser, as verification tools are not currently supported on the mobile app.
Access Your Verification Section
Log in to your Nivoda account.

Go to Menu > Settings > Verification.
If your account is not yet verified, you’ll see a banner prompting you to complete verification.
Begin the Verification Process
Click Proceed with Verification.
You’ll be redirected to the AiPrise section, where you can upload your required KYC documents by following the prompts.
Required Documents
You’ll need to provide the following:
Business Registration Document: Proof that your business is legally registered.
Proof of Address: A recent bank statement or utility bill (must clearly display your business address).
User Identification: D proof for each related person (e.g., passport or ID card).

Track Your Verification Progress
Once your documents are submitted, you can monitor progress directly on the Verification page. The tracker will update automatically as your verification moves through the following stages:
Upload Verification Details: Your documents have been uploaded.
Review in Progress: Our KYC team is reviewing your documents.
Verification Complete: Your account is approved and you now have full access to the Nivoda platform.
If verification is unsuccessful, you’ll see an Action Required banner explaining why your submission didn’t meet our compliance standards. You can then contact our support team to re-submit your documents.
Once Verified
When your account is approved, the banner will confirm the date of approval and your verification status will update to Complete. You’ll now have full access to all features on Nivoda.
