When we raise a QC flag (based on standard QC checks or your specific order comments), you'll receive an email from orders@nivoda.com with the subject "Need QC Confirmation on your recent order for..." and the stone details.
The email will include the QC findings for your review.
To take action:
Submit your response: Select "submit your response" to let us know your selection
Accept and proceed or reject and cancel: Let us know how you'd like the order to proceed
Find a Replacement: If you'd like to find a replacement, go back to the QC email and select "Find Replacement" to browse for an alternative. If you find a suitable stone, check out the new stone in a new order.
