Navigate to Your Shipping Destinations
- Log in to your Nivoda account.
- Go to Menu > Settings > Shipping Destinations.

Check Your Address Verification Status
- Verified – Approved for shipments.
- Unverified – Pending; more information is required.

Invalid – Does not meet our shipping requirements.

Upload Proof of Address
- Click Edit next to an unverified address.
- Complete the form and attach the required documents.
- Our KYC team will review and process your submission.
