For Shopify Basic customers, you may place orders manually directly from your Shopify store.
You first must set up manual fulfilment before you are able to request fulfilment
Once a customer places an order on your Shopify website, you can manually request fulfilment by clicking the "Request Fulfilment" button on the order page.
