Nivoda is migrating to a new, more stable and secure SFTP service. Watch the video guide above (also linked here)
The below guide walks you through how to find your updated SFTP credentials so you can update your connection before the deadline.
Action required by May 15, 2026. Both your old FTP credentials and new SFTP credentials will work until then, so you have time to make the switch without disruption.
Step 1 — Go to the Feeds hub using this link
Step 2 — Open Setup and go to the Data Feeds page
You'll see a blue notice at the top of the page:
Step 3 — Find your feed and open the SFTP details
Scroll down to find your data feed in the list. Each feed will show a notice strip beneath it:
Click the View new SFTP details link on the feed you want to update.
You'll see two sections inside the panel:
Legacy FTP — your old credentials, marked "Available until May 15, 2026"
New SFTP — your updated credentials, marked "Recommended"
Step 5 — Copy your new SFTP credentials
In the New SFTP section, note down or copy the following details. These are what you (or your developer) will need to update in your SFTP client or integration:
Your password is hidden for security. To access it, click the eye icon next to the password field to reveal it on screen
You can also click the copy icon to copy it directly to your clipboard without revealing it
Step 6 — Note your file name
Scroll down slightly in the panel. You'll see a File name field showing the exact filename your feed is delivered as — for example:
Old Nivoda FTP.csv
Make sure the path in your SFTP client points to this exact filename. The file will be available in the root directory of your SFTP connection (no subfolder required).
