Congrats! You’ve received an order for a Nivoda product and need to order the diamond or the ring on Nivoda using the Stock ID. To find the Stock ID of Nivoda products please follow the below steps:
Find & open the order in your Shopify dashboard, if you’ve received an order for a ring it should look like the below:
Within the order page, click on the product you need the StockID for
For a ring product, it should look like the below:
At the top of the screen, click into the Product
Scroll down to the Metafields and you’ve found the Nivoda Stock ID
You can repeat the same process for diamonds and gemstones
Click into your order > Click on the Product Title link > Click back to the Product page (at the top of the screen) > Scroll down to Metafields > Find Nivoda Stock ID
