Using the Nivoda platform, search the diamond you've seen elsewhere and want to buy on Nivoda. If the diamond is not listed on Nivoda, you can request it by clicking on ‘Make a request’ button.

Click ‘Add to stock & hold item’ from the 3 options.

In the form that comes up, provide as much detail as possible about the diamond you are looking for and click on ‘Next’.
- Review the request details and click on ‘Submit’.
- The request has now been submitted and can be reviewed under 'Requests' in the main menu.
