The Engagement Ring Builder is an optional feature that allows you to offer an interactive, photorealistic ring design experience to your clients right on the shop floor.
Before you can customise your metal choices or set up retail markups, you must first enable the core ring design flow in your account settings.
Note: Only the Owner Account has access to these settings. Staff accounts cannot activate new features or modify preferences.
Step-by-Step Activation Guide
Follow these steps to turn on the Ring Builder for your store:
Step 1: Open your Showroom Settings
Log into your primary Owner Account.
From the Showroom home screen, tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the popup menu.
Step 2: Navigate to Guided Flows
Look at the left-hand navigation sidebar.
Scroll down to the Guided flows for customers section.
Click or tap on Design your own ring.
Step 3: Enable the Flow
In the centre of the main page under General flow settings, locate the toggle labeled Enable 'Design your ring' flow.
Click the toggle to switch it ON (it will change color to show it is active).
What’s Next?
Once the main flow is enabled, you can immediately customise your product offerings and profit margins from the same Settings menu:
To set metal/karat preferences: Go to Search and listing ➔ Engagement ring preferences to toggle specific metals (like Platinum or 18k Gold) on or off.
To set up your retail markups: Go to Pricing and markups ➔ Price markup to add your custom store margins so on-the-spot quotes are always accurate.
