Any member of your team with access to the Nivoda platform can complete an order for items added from Showroom — it doesn't have to be the same person who added them.
When a Showroom item is added to your Nivoda cart, it's visible to everyone on the account. Any team member with platform access can review, modify, or place the order from there.
A note on OTP
If OTP verification is enabled on your account, it applies to whoever is completing the order on the Nivoda platform. If your OTP is tied to one person's phone number (e.g. the account owner), other team members will need to coordinate with them to finalise orders. You can review your OTP settings in Security Settings on the Nivoda platform.
