Discounts can be provided on a feed block level and must be set as a % discount only. You can set discounts for natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds, gemstones and your ring builder, including Nivoda rings.
To get started, please ensure you are on the Pro plan of Nivoda Connect and open your Shopify admin page.
Create a manual Collection, you can name this collection “Natural Discounted Diamonds”, click Save.
Next, open Discounts > Create an Amount Off Product discount
Your discount should be setup as an Automatic discount
Name your Title: Natural Diamond Discount
The discount value should be a Percentage
Apply this discount to a specific collection and search for “Natural Discounted Diamonds”
Continue to setup the eligibility to your preferences and click Save.
Now, open Nivoda Connect in the app section of Shopify
Go to Settings > Discount Configuration > Add discount for natural diamonds > Assign your collection “Natural Discounted Diamonds”
Important notes, you do not need to press save at this step for the discount to automatically configure.
You can repeat this step for lab grown diamonds, gemstones and the ring builder.
Fancy colored diamonds cannot be assigned their own discount and will be tied into the natural & labgrown collections by default.
Diamonds in the ring builder will be assigned the ring builder discount NOT the diamond discount
This discount will reflect across the app block on every template on your website, you do not need to apply discounts based on different app blocks.
