By default, the Nivoda Connect Shopify plugin only features diamonds that are returnable — ensuring your customers are viewing stones eligible for return.
If you’d like to confirm or adjust this setting, follow these steps:
- Go to your Shopify admin
- Click Online Store → Themes → Customise
- Navigate to your Nivoda Diamond Feed page
- Click on the Nivoda Feed block in the left-hand panel
- On the right-hand side, find the "Returns" toggle and make sure it’s enabled
Note: If you have multiple Nivoda app blocks (e.g. on different pages or templates), you’ll need to adjust this setting individually for each block.
