When a customer places a ring order on your store, it will flow straight through to your Nivoda account, no form filling or copy-pasting order details. You'll also be able to track the order status directly on the Nivoda platform.
If you are already using automated ordering for loose diamonds, ring orders use the same setting. Simply ensure that Automatic Ordering is turned on. To check that you have fulfilment set up correctly please see our guide How can I order diamonds & gemstones from Nivoda Connect?
You can opt for fully automated order placement or, if preferred, set up a 2-click review order flow. This 2-click flow is highly recommended if you wish to review the order on Shopify first, or append custom design modifications and order notes directly for the Nivoda team before final submission.
For 100% Automated Ordering
On Shopify, navigate to your Nivoda Connect App → Settings → Order & Fulfillment and select how you would like your ring orders routed. Ensure both "Place order on Nivoda from Shopify" and "Automatically place orders on Nivoda" are turned ON.
2-Click Ordering
Alternatively, you can review before ordering by turning the automatic placement toggle off. This 2-click manual review flow is highly recommended if you wish to review the order on Shopify first or pass custom design modifications and order notes directly to the Nivoda team before final submission.
After enabling, check your shipping rates, make sure shipping rates are configured on your Nivoda fulfilment location in Shopify. If you use multiple shipping zones, rates need to be set across all your markets, otherwise customers won't be able to add rings to cart.
