You can configure the minimum and maximum carat range for each ring design using the Product metafields in your Shopify admin.
Specifically, update the values in:
- Carats Min
- Carats Max
This controls the diamond filter that appears after a customer selects a ring design — only diamonds within that range will be shown.
Here’s what it looks like in Shopify:
By changing these values, after the customer selects the ring setting/design, the diamond filter will be automatically set to those values. Here is a short screen recording of this in action.
Important: Nivoda’s ring designs have the cost and default set to stone sizes of 0.5ct to 3.0ct. Anything larger than 3.0ct will likely have its cost increased. Please contact support@nivoda.com for Ring Studio rings above 3ct.
