Only diamonds sourced from India can be set in Nivoda rings through the Shopify integration. Gemstones are not supported for ring mounting and should be disabled in the app block during setup.
To make sure each diamond added to your Ring Studio is eligible for manufacturing:
- Open Nivoda Connect in your Shopify admin.
- Go to Settings within the app.
- Turn on Nivoda Manufacturing.
- Confirm that gemstones are disabled in the ring-studio block.
Important: Enabling this setting may reduce the range of diamonds visible in your ring studio, as it filters out stones that cannot be manufactured in our facilities. If you need a broader selection, consider offering loose stones in addition to finished rings.
