How do I search for Tracr diamonds?
You can search for Tracr diamonds by selecting the "Tracr" option under the "Mine to Market" section of our Advanced Filter. Diamonds listed with Tracr certification will display the Tracr logo on the listing.
How do I verify a diamond's Tracr record?
Every Tracr-registered diamond comes with a unique ID. Enter this ID on Tracr's verification tool at search.tracr.com to view its details.
Is there any additional charge for Tracr diamonds?
This depends on how you found the diamond. If the listing on Nivoda displays the Tracr logo, the Tracr certification cost is included in the price shown — there is nothing additional to pay.
If a diamond has a Tracr ID visible in its GIA report but was not listed on Nivoda with the Tracr logo, the certification cost is not included in the price. In that case, accessing the Tracr record would require an additional payment.

Are Tracr diamonds available in Showroom, Feeds and Shopify?
Yes, Tracr diamonds are available in Showroom, Feeds and Shopify. However, users can't currently filter specifically for Tracr diamonds on these platforms. We're actively working to implement this filtering functionality, so stay tuned for updates.
What is the difference between locked and unlocked Tracr diamonds?
All Tracr diamonds are initially locked. After purchase, the diamonds are unlocked automatically to reveal the complete origin information, ensuring transparency and authenticity of the diamond's journey.
When will I receive the unlocked details?
Unlocked details will be sent to you by email before your diamond is delivered.
