Yes, you can add new users through User Management in your settings. There are different access levels available, depending on how much control you want to give your team.
- Full Access User: Allows your team members to browse the Nivoda platform, view Nivoda pricing, and place orders without restrictions.
- Requires Admin Approval: Allows users to browse the platform and view Nivoda pricing, but all purchases require admin approval. You will receive an email confirmation request whenever they place an order.
- Showroom User: Allows users to view and order diamonds at your retail price through the Showroom application. All orders require admin approval. If you have not yet set up Showroom, follow our setup guide. Showroom users will need to login directly on the Showroom app
