Orders from Showroom are completed in two steps across two platforms.
Step 1 — Add to cart in Showroom
Find the stone(s) you want and add them to your basket. When ready, click "Proceed to Order Request." The items will be sent directly to your Nivoda cart. No OTP is required at this stage.
Step 2 — Complete the order on the Nivoda platform
Log in to your Nivoda account and go to your cart. Items requested from Showroom will be clearly labelled, showing the requester's name, quoted price, margin, and any reference notes. Review the details and place the order as normal. If OTP is enabled on your account, you'll be prompted for it here.
Note: Stones added to your Nivoda cart are reserved for 24 hours, giving your team time to review and complete the order. Any member of your team with access to the Nivoda platform can complete the order — it doesn't have to be the same person who added it in Showroom.
