Whether you can return a piece depends on what you ordered. Here's a breakdown by product type.
Ready-to-Wear jewellery (tennis bracelets, stud earrings)
You can return any Ready-to-Wear item within 15 days of receiving it, and there's no restocking fee, the full product price is refunded.
Please note that the $35 USD return shipping fee is not covered, and shipping fees are also not refundable.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Free from any signs of wear, engraving, resizing, or repair

Fully personalised rings from our Ring Configurator Tool (available via Nivoda Platform, Nivoda Connect/Shopify, and Nivoda Showroom)
You can return a made-to-order ring within 15 days of receiving it, as long as the centre stone in your ring is eligible for return. If the centre stone isn't returnable, unfortunately the ring can't be returned either.
A 20% restocking fee applies, calculated on the full item price. This is in addition to the $35 USD return fee, and shipping fees are also not refundable.
To be eligible, the ring must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition, with the original centre stone still set
- Free from any signs of wear, engraving, resizing, or repair
- Returned with all original paperwork and packaging
The following cannot be returned:
- Rings containing a non-returnable centre stone
- Rings that have been engraved or include a personalised name-plate design

Preset design rings from our Ring Studio (Nivoda Connect / Shopify only)
Rings ordered through our Ring Studio are made-to-order from a catalogue of preset designs, rather than fully customised piece by piece. These rings are strictly not eligible for return.
Bespoke and personalised jewellery
Bespoke and fully personalised pieces cannot be returned. This includes anything made to a custom design, or with engraving.
What isn't refunded
Regardless of what you're returning, outbound shipping fees are not refundable.
