Not at this time. Cancellations and returns must be processed directly through the Nivoda platform, as these actions are not currently supported via the Shopify orders page.
We're continuously improving the integration and exploring ways to streamline post-purchase actions — stay tuned for future updates. In the meantime, you can manage cancellations and returns by logging into your Nivoda account.
Please note: we do not update statuses after the order is placed on Shopify. All Shopify actions and updates post ordering must be made manually by you, directly in Shopify.
If you wish to mark your order as Unfulfilled, you can do so directly on the Shopify Orders page or request help from the Shopify support team.
