Do the orders come through directly to Nivoda after they’ve been ordered on my website?

No, you will need to place the order manually for all stones ordered on your Feed and Shopify plugin.
We do offer a Pro API which allows you to place Orders and Holds directly from your website. Please reach out to tech@nivoda.com for more details.
