This is very unlikely - but in the case of expired inventory left in your customers cart, diamonds that are now sold on Nivoda may still be eligible for order through your Shopify store.
We do not add unlimited products to your inventory to ensure we are in line with Shopify guidelines and to prevent slowing down your website - to ensure efficiency we only add products to your Shopify inventory once your customers have placed the orders in their cart (pre check-out)
However, once the products are added to your inventory they can be purchased even after they are removed from your live feed from Nivoda Connect.
To avoid any sold outs in your store, we recommend cleaning up (deleting) your products after 3 days to ensure only available diamonds can be sold through your store.
If in the off chance a diamond was sold through your store which is not available on Nivoda, please email tech@nivoda.com and we can discuss your options with you for alternatives.
